We want you to be 100% satisfied on your custom items, and we work with you during the quoting, design, and proofing process. Custom Products Warranty:
All Custom Products are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship or material under normal use for a period of 30 days from date of purchase. If any item that is claimed to be defective within this time, we will repair or replace the product or component if it is determined that the defect existed at the time of manufacture or developed under normal use.
Returns & Exchanges:
No returns or exchanges can be accepted if the merchandise was custom produced, including custom size, custom color, custom printed or custom built supplies or equipment. Any issues as described under the Warranty section above will be taken care of with any custom product we've produced.

What is the production time on the order?
Each item has a different production timeline. Patches 3-4 weeks Pins 3-4 weeks Grip Tapes 5-6 weeks Beanies, Socks, Headbands 6-8 weeks Tote Bags 3-4 weeks Flags 2-3 weeks Phone Grip Sockets 2-3 weeks Dog Bags 3-4 weeks
What is the shipping time?
Once the production has finished and has been shipped, shipping time is 5-8 business days.
Will I receive a proof before the order goes to production?
Yes, our artwork team will reach out to you with a proof of your order to make sure that everything is 100% perfect before they go to production.
Are the patches iron-on?
Most of the patches come with the iron-on backing included in the pricing. There are three patches that do not have this option due to their backing type not supporting the glue. These are PVC, Real Leather, and PU Leather.
