What is the production time?
The estimated production time is 2-3 weeks.
What type of backing is included in the price?
Our price includes iron-on backing or no backing (for stitching). Velcro embroidery is $1 extra per unit.
How big can the patches be?
Price includes size of up to 5″ x 5″.
Can I see a mock-up before buying?
Yes! Just submit the form and we’ll contact you back.
What is a proof?
A proof or pre-production proof is a technical mock-up you’ll have to approve for us to proceed with the design. It includes the exact colors match as well as final size of the artwork.
What if I want a refund?
We can only award refunds during the mock-up approval/proofing process.
